Special education
The education is a part of life . Every man educate by the nature.when a man face any problem he learn something new .there for as per education principles education is a life longer processes . Every man learn every minute
What is forms of education?
Education has recognised as a social science. Many educationalist suggest education has three forms namely -* FORMAL EDUCATION , *INFORMAL EDUCATION , AND *NON- FORMAL EDUCATION .
IN FORMAL EDUCATION :
this education is take a formal place , institute, school etc . where teacher and student and parents are coming co-operative . When we give teaching a student than some people or student learn quickly and first and some learn slowly. therefore we need some students special education . Every teacher is not fits for give special education because those teacher need special techniques.
What's means of spacial education ?
In its broadest and all encompassing meaning, special education is an approach,seeks to address the learning needs for all children,youth adults with a specific focus on those who are vulnerable to marginalisation and exclusion.its implies all learners, young people-with and without disabilities being able to learn together through access to common pre-school provisions , school and the community educational setting with and appropriate network of the support services. This is possible only flexible education system . That assimilate the diverse range of learners and adapts itself to needs . It aims at all stakeholders in the system (learners, parents, community,teachers, administrator policy makers to be comfortable with diversity and see it as a challenge rather than a problem.
Research has shown that special education results in improved social development and academic outcome for all learner .its leads to social development of social skills and the better social interactions because learners are exported to real environment in which they have to interect with other learners each one having unique characteristics, interest, abilities.
If a teacher wants to become a special education teacher than he can follow some GUIDELINES
1. To ensure that no child is dinied admission in mainstream education.
2 Teacher take necessary action to ensure that every child would have the right to access ban anganwadi and school and no child would be turned back on the ground of disability .
3 Teacher make habits to ensure that mainstream and specialist training institutions servings person with disabilities, in the government or private sector.
4 teacher identify students who is need special education.
5. After identify students , teacher need case of special education.
6 .When identify case of special education than teacher need take stap against of case
7 IF we give teaching a gifted students than we take previous step .
8 A teacher need well prepared for teaching special education students.
